• an overview of the cultural situation and associated challenges
• an overview of the associations at play and any associated issues with those memberships
• an evaluation of current strategy
• analysis of the current positioning including challenges to be addressed
• your recommendations on the best approaches to solve existing issues or diminish potential future problems

Create an abbreviated presentation that addresses the most important  points of your comprehensive report. This presentation should be  designed to address leadership within your organization or industry.  Your presentation should address all of the issues indicated in the  comprehensive paper assignment, but at a summary level only one Select  to issues or challenges and go into more substantial depth in those  issues.

Your presentation should be between 12 and 14 slides and include a final slide with references.
